These sessions are perfect for individuals or companies who need a handful of strategic, high-end photos, but don't want to do an entire brand session. The Brand Refresh Sessions are geared towards people who need fresh content and portraits, want to add to their brand library, or individuals looking for a smaller session. Think of my brand refresh as a “branding mini-session.”

I have been photographing brands, businesses, and entrepreneurs in all industries for 12+ years. I have a strategic and holistic approach that combines brand photography with strategic storytelling. Although these sessions are shorter, I can promise we will capture your essence with your target audience in mind.

The Details

Details: Sessions can be booked for 25 minutes or 45 minutes, which is plenty of time to get 1 or 3 outfits and a wide variety of portraits! I’ve been in the game a long time and work efficiently. We can also incorporate some evergreen brand content into your session - I will guide you through all of the pre-shoot planning.
We Promise a Flawless Experience, Not Just a Photoshoot: My rate is $595 for 25 minutes and $995 for 45 minutes and includes the shoot itself, a partially edited proofing gallery for you to choose your favorites from, and a minimum of 15 beautifully edited final photographs per mini-session and 30+ for the 45-minute option! Images are delivered on a private website in the cloud with a download PIN (see the process below for more details).
Why 15-30 images? This is usually more than enough to launch a business, a new offer, a new website, or a brand refresh. 30 images are plenty to guide your audience through a visual experience that is professional and on-brand. YOU GET TO CHOOSE! You will receive a thorough proofing gallery to select your favorites.
Studio Locations + Backdrop Options: White textured walls with CB2 chair, west elm wood chair, leather couch, white seamless, black seamless, and I always have side tables, plants, and some additions to create a lifestyle vibe if desired. Props include various chairs and surfaces (located in Santa Rosa CA - we also have a studio location in Oakland, CA)
On Location Option: We often photograph professionals in their home, studio or work environment. We shoot on location often and can fine-tune this experience together! Please note travel is added to locations over 30 miles from our studio.

01 / BOOK YOUR SESSION

Use the link below to book the time slot you would like, pay and lock in your lifestyle headshot session. If you own a business, please include your website so I can get to know your brand beforehand
02 / OUTFIT TIPS & REMINDERS

I will send you reminders with supportive resources: outfit tips, preparing for your session, hair and makeup recommendations, brand inspiration and more
03 / SHARE YOUR VISION

If you feel inspired to create a mood board, I am all about it and would love to see what you are going for. I am an over-communicator and want to make sure we capture what you’re envisioning!
04 / SELECT YOUR FAVORITES

After our session, I will send you a robust, lightly edited proofing gallery to make your selects (up to 25, additional images are only $25 each if you cannot choose!)
05 / RECEIVE YOUR EDITED PHOTOS

From there, I retouch and edit your favorites, and deliver them on a private online website with a download PIN for easy access and privacy
06 / PRINTING & USAGE INCLUDED

Printing + usage rights are bundled into my rate so you can incorporate these into your brand and marketing strategy immediately and share your offerings with the world!
